Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the receipt date. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a RMA(return authorization number).
Please note that the returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Any signs of damage, wear and tear, or missing parts may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If the product is non-defective and the customer wishes to return it, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
